  • You have obtained necessary permissions for any images or content posted

Prohibited Listings

You may not post listings that:

  • Contain false, fraudulent, or misleading information
  • Violate fair housing laws or discriminate based on protected characteristics

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain inappropriate or offensive content

IN NO EVENT SHALL F3 PROPERTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless F3 Properties and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Waiver
